Common models for Frigel Hot Oil Temperature Control Unit is the HB-Therm Series and Thermo-5 Series. Frigel HB-Therm series can operate temperature ranging from 390 degrees to 480 degrees Fahrenheit. Units are available in a rack system with casters and can have up to 8 zones. Pump and heater comes in a variety of sizes. The HB-Therm Thermo-5 Series is available in two models, HB-200T, and HB-250T. HB-200T maximum operating temperature is 390 degrees Fahrenheit and HB-250T operates at a maximum temperature of 480 degrees Fahrenheit. Units are available in 8 kW or 16 kW heating capacity. The 8 kW unit uses a .67 HP pump producing a flow rate up to 7.9 GPM and the 16 kW unit uses 1.3 HP pump producing a flow rate up to 13.2 GPM.
