Sterling Sterlco manufactures hot oil temperature control units TCU models 2016U Series, 2016C Series, 2016M series, 6010 Series and 6017 Series. For high-temperature jobs, Sterling offers the 2016W and the 2017 Series.
The 2016U series is designed to reach a maximum temperature of 550 degrees F. with available heaters from 12kw to 48 kW. Pump sizes can range from 1 HP to 3 HP producing flow rates from 18 GPM to 50 GPM. 2016C Series comes in 6 kW and operates temperature up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, .75 HP and produce a flow rate of 6 GPM. 2016M Series also known as the Royal Series can control the temperature up to 550 degrees F. with optional heaters of 12 kW, 18 kW, and 24 kW. Pump sizes can range from .75 HP to 2 HP and can produce a flow rate from 6 GPM to 24 GPM. The 6010 Series comes in 6 kW and can reach a max. operating temperature of 400 degrees F with .75 HP pump and can produce a flow rate of 6 GPM. For big jobs, 6017 Series operate temperatures up to 550 F. Heating capacity can range from 50 kW – 200 kW. The pump motor size options are 5, 10, or 15 HP which can produce a flow rate of 90, 150 or 200 GPM. For high-temperature jobs, the 2016W and 2017 Series can run at a maximum operating temperature of 650 degrees Fahrenheit, heat sizes ranging from 24 kW to 300 kW and can produce a flow rate from 24 to 200 GPM.
